Overview
Loopd.ai is an athlete readiness platform. It helps college athletic programs understand training stress and recovery. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Data we collect
Account details (name, email, team, role); subjective daily check-ins (energy, mood, soreness, sleep, notes); and, when you connect a wearable, biometric data such as heart rate variability, resting heart rate, sleep, blood oxygen, respiratory rate, skin temperature, stress, and workouts.
Wearable integrations
You may connect third-party wearables including WHOOP and Oura. We request only the data scopes that match the biometrics you select. Access is granted through each vendor's OAuth flow; you can disconnect a wearable at any time from the Connected apps page, which stops further data collection.
How we use your data
Data is used to compute readiness scores, forecasts, and coaching insights for you and the staff on your team. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who can see your data
Authorized coaching and medical staff on your team can view readiness signals and structured metrics. Free-text journal entries are kept private to you; only derived sentiment and keywords are shared with staff.
Retention & security
Data is retained while your account is active. Wearable access tokens are stored encrypted. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
